(1) Review of laboratory qualification authorization application;

(2) Detailed discussion of laboratory authorization fees;

(3) Review of application materials submitted by OSE and ShiChuangYi:

a: Laboratory organization structure and personnel satisfaction status;

b: Satisfaction of the basic environment of the laboratory;

c: Satisfaction of laboratory test equipment;

d: Satisfaction of the laboratory product testing process.

2. Next work plan:

(1) Re-supplement the content of laboratory application materials.

(2) The specific ITEM description of the test report forms a template of the test report.

(3) The first batch of authorized laboratory units update the application materials according to the template, and provide them before October 25.
