Meeting Details

1. Discussion on issues left over from the 7/29 meeting:

(1)A discussion about the cost of a test conducted by a third-party laboratory in accordance with the NM card test specification will be discussed at the next regular meeting.

(2)Regarding the discussion of NM card trademark authorization rules and fees, the detailed regulations need to be drawn up in the trademark authorization contract, and will be discussed later in the first version.

(3) Discussion on the cost evaluation of authorized laboratories and the discussion on the regulations of management rules.


2. Next work plan:

(1)Arrangement order and requirements of meeting minutes for the follow-up regular meeting.

(2)Complete the drafting of the authorized laboratory certificate.

(3)Drafting of trademark authorization contract.

(4)In the initial stage, each committee unit first collects the willingness to apply for laboratory qualifications. It is initially decided that the application for laboratory qualifications from these first run to form a template doc list. After the solidification process in the later stage, the secretariat will send all member units to Collect willingness.

(5)A&AC work norms and regulations, which will be carried out simultaneously after the subsequent committee runs.
